What services do you provide?

I offer individual therapy sessions for clients aged 13 and older. Services are available both in person and virtual.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I am not accepting insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I also accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash payments.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand your concerns and goals for therapy. We’ll also discuss policies, confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have.

How do virtual sessions work?

Virtual, or telehealth, sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. You’ll need a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
