About Me

Hi, I’m Gabriella O’Donnell.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Gabriella, and I graduated with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. I have been practicing therapy since 2022, but my journey in the mental health field began in 2018. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including a psychiatric hospital, community mental health center, and private practice. These experiences have provided me with a broad understanding of mental health challenges and the tools to support clients from all walks of life.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I also take a holistic approach, considering the role of factors like sleep, nutrition, exercise, and overall lifestyle in your mental health and well-being. Together, we’ll work on building skills, exploring patterns, and addressing challenges to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change.

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward the goals that matter most to you. I believe therapy should be a partnership, where your strengths and insights are at the heart of our collaboration.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my dog, Jane, who brings so much joy and energy to my days. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a cozy night in, or discovering new hobbies, these moments of connection and joy are an important part of my life.
